You should get a message box appear
Click RUN
when this message appears
If you are asked if its ok to make changes,
Click YES
This will not install anything permanently on your PC
it will only load the program for the support session.
You should
then have Splashtop
Support Window
Allow Remote Control
Give the
'9 digit access code'
to the person needing to access your PC
They will then be able to access your screen and mouse.
If at any time you wish to Disconnect the session
click Disconnect
and the session will end
Your Device will now be accessible remotely
