How to Update a Corporate Company Directory on Horizon
Follow the instructions to connect your Google contacts to Horizon (for help call 01226 337070)
Log into your Horizon Portal as Administrator
To Access the Directory from your Polycom Handset
From the main screen Press MORE
Then Press DIRECTORY
Then Select
CORPORATE DIRECTORY
either with Navigation Keys or Key 2
Enter Part of the Name you are looking for using the Keypad and SUBMIT
(IE N would be the 6 key 3 times)
You should see a list of entries matching your search. Scroll to the one you need. Press Dial or Pickup handset
